CLASS DESCRIPTION: A creative flow class that is suitable for multiple levels. Although some yoga experience is recommended, modifications are added throughout the class to customize your practice to your own. This flow starts slow with breathing and a warm up, then builds intensity for stamina and strength and slows down at the end for a cool down and savasana. CLASS DESCRIPTION: A blissful 1-hour all-levels Gentle Yoga Flow. This small intimate class takes place in one of The Salt Room Oviedo's "salt caves". You will experience a salt therapy session while enhancing it's benefits with the movement and breath of yoga.

This class is held twice a month, on a Thursday evening at 6:30PM

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Start your Sunday at The Food Factory Oviedo with a yoga flow in the courtyard to relax and strengthen your mind and body.
Class is held on the FIRST SUNDAY morning of every month and is an ALL-LEVELS yoga flow. We focus on moving the body to build strength, gain mobility, calm the mind and create community!
You can always choose to stay after class and enjoy brunch at any of The Food Factory micro-restaurants AND $5 Mimosas / $10 Bloody Mary's at The Food Factory Bar every Sunday!

Private yoga INSTRUCTION
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS - 1:1 OR SMALL GROUP
Private yoga classes are 60 minutes and are held your preferred location (home, park etc). Private sessions are a great option if you like more flexibility in your scheduling, need more accountability or you just prefer to practice in a more private setting.
Small private group classes are also great for any group of women wishing to have a day to practice yoga together in a private environment.
