Enjoy a 1-hour Gentle Yoga Flow during a halo (salt) therapy session (a $45 value) in one of  The Salt Room Oviedo's "salt caves". 

This class is held twice a month, one on a Saturday afternoon and one on a Thursday evening.

This is a *LIMITED 6 PERSON CLASS*  Registration is required.

Each class is $30 or 4-class Pack for $100
